Youth Mentoring is one of Line4Line's two core program pillars, bringing together five distinct programs united by a shared commitment to long-term relationship building, cultural representation, and community-rooted mentorship.

Mentorships to realize their potential
Through Haircuts for Reading, Clippers Basketball, Empowerment Hour, Camps, and O’Neil’s High School Barbering, young people in Greater Baton Rouge find trusted role models, develop life skills, and realize their potential.
Each program under this pillar offers its own entry point into mentorship, including the barbershop, the court, or the classroom. Parents, educators, barbers, and community volunteers are also active participants across all of them.
Programs are offered in English with a straightforward enrollment process so families know they are welcome and feel confident reaching out.
